What’s included in your fixed fees?

Our fixed fees cover the scope we agree at onboarding—lodgements, reconciliations, and scheduled advisory time. Anything outside scope is quoted in advance so there are no surprises.

How do we get started?

Book a quick call, we’ll review your needs, propose a plan and price, and send digital engagement docs. We can migrate you to cloud software if needed.

Do you support Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks?

Yes. We’ll help choose the right stack and integrate payroll, inventory, and reporting add‑ons.

What’s your typical response time?

We aim to acknowledge queries within one business day and resolve most items inside 3–5 business days, depending on complexity.

Can you liaise with the ATO/ASIC for us?

Yes. As Registered Tax and ASIC Agents we can handle lodgements and speak to regulators on your behalf as authorised agents.

How do you charge for advisory work?

Advisory is available via packages (e.g., Virtual CFO) or on a quoted project basis for planning, forecasting, and restructures.
